From beach to Bed & Breakfast, Bout time!
Lars and Trace have the flu. Saije and I have been cruising around on the 4 wheeler. We did some mailingsand so some work on the computer. It is hard to get on the Internet but we will always try. We found a part for the suburban and it should be here on Monday. WE are going into Soldotna to get some groceries. We have also been invited to stay at this Bed and Breakfast in Deep Creek. It is a Chalet with 4 beds a, Futon, Kitchenette, and showers. In return I am cleaning the rooms as people come and go. Lars will be doing some wood cutting, and minor repairs. The owner is the Skipper of a Halibut boat. He would like to stay annymous. We are very thankful for the hospitality. Elyse and Neisha will love staying in a CHalet instead of a tent! We are located on top of a 200ft. bluff over looking the Cook Inlet. We can see 3 Volcanos, Augustine, Illiama, & Reedout. The sunsets are beautiful and you can see all the Eagles you want just sitting and looking out at the bay! There are 3 fires right now and the sunsets are nice, it is too bad it is because of the fires. Trace is now sleeping in his own bed, we will see how long that lasts!
